- What do you mean by unlimited support?
We have two plans to choose from which both include unlimited tech support for your users. We have the "Prince" plan which includes unlimited remote support and the "King" plan which includes unlimited remote AND onsite support during normal business hours. No more counting hours and hoping you don't over-spend on your IT budget!
- What type of systems do you support?
We want you to think of us as your IT department - your one call to help with all things tech. We support desktops, laptops, servers, cloud services, phone systems, software, security systems, training, budgeting - you get it all! We partner with you not just to keep your systems running but to get to know your workflows and help you utilize technology to grow your business and make your employees more productive.
- What if I already have an IT department or someone on-staff that handles our technology?
While most our customers use us instead of having to hire IT personnel, if you already have an IT department we can work with them to help your business. Use us to deal with the day-to-day tasks while freeing up your IT personnel to handle big picture items. Or allow us to do the budgeting, training and strategic planning while your IT staff works directly with your users on tech support.
- How do my users get support?
We have lots of ways to get lighting fast support! Our favorite way is a button that sits on each user's desk. Like the Staple's "Easy" button, just tap the button and it will automatically collect various logs and screenshots from the computer and open a ticket in our helpdesk software! You can also go to our online ticket portal or just send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. And of course you can call us!
